- Determine training needs... by analyzing training requirements for employees in the field of information technology and cooperating with various department departments to determine the required technical and technical skills.

- Developing training programs... by preparing appropriate training content and choosing or designing appropriate training methods, such as electronic courses, workshops, and in-person courses.

- Organizing training courses... through scheduling and organizing training events and workshops and managing registration details and participation in courses.

- Evaluating performance... by evaluating the impact of training programs on employee performance, collecting, and analyzing participants’ feedback to improve training programs.

- Follow up on technology... follow up on technological developments and update training programs based on modern technologies.

- Directing the team... by directly supervising the training team, directing, and motivating the employees assigned to provide training courses.

I also worked on preparing periodic reports on the results of training programs and evaluating their effectiveness, as well as ensuring compliance with institutional standards and policies, following up on trends in the field of training and development, and implementing the necessary improvements.

All of this work was reflected positively in enhancing the skills and competencies of employees in the field of information technology and ensuring the continuity of technical modernization within the institution, which increased the interest of trainees to participate in these distinguished training courses, which led to a significant increase in the institution’s income.

Banking Systems Senior Assistant

November 2007 – January 2012

As a Banking Systems Operator/Technical Support in the Banking Applications and Operations Department in IT Division.

The Main Tasks of this Position:

1. Carrying out the work cycle Procedures (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Yearly) that consists from tow period (End, Start) for the many of banking systems.

2. Monitoring all of the Banking Applications and Error Reports - daily.

3. Taking Full Backup for all data and information from SAN servers and anther servers - orderly.

4. Print out all reports and distribute that over all departments in Bank - daily.

5. Run the Procedures of the Salaries, loans, VISA Cards, Western Union, Black List and Data Store.

IT Technical Support Specialist

- Receiving inquiries and problems, examining and analyzing these problems to determine the essence of the problem, then providing technical support, and then documenting all details related to the problems and solutions provided to provide periodic reports on the pattern of problems and suggestions to improve technical support.

- Installing and maintaining programs and applications on computers for users and students.

- Follow up on software performance and perform updates and maintenance when necessary.

- Use remote control tools to provide technical support to remote users.

- Updating technical support documentation and instructions for users.

- Providing proposals to improve technical support processes and increase its effectiveness.

My job as a IT technical support specialist played a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of technologies and systems within educational facilities, and contributed to improving the experience of users, including students and others, and making the most of information technology.

During my job as a computer teacher/trainer, I mentored and trained individuals on computing and IT concepts in technical training settings and in a business environment. I was also working on:

- Conducting tests and evaluating students’ performance to measure their understanding of the materials.
