• Built loyalty system that serve customer purchasing order and calculate points and discount percentage depend on them member ship level.

• Built a Novartis system that serves the patient, pharmacy transactions, Sales rep. Points and remember patient to take the medicine or to purchase a new medicine according to fulfill orders.

• Built a Falcon store system that manages customer order and send to manufacture to manage order according to machine control then send to finance to print invoice.

• Built Add–in Outlook application that get attachment from mails and convert it to excel sheet according to families that mail related to it and send excel to appropriate member in organizing to reply with accept or reject this excel file all steps are archived in log file.

• Built an action system that consists of workflow and action that done by user level, which allow users to fulfill template or approve or reject it or return the template back to the owner for completing the missing information.
