FF&E Procurement Manager

Analyze procurement trends and implement strategies to improve supplychain effi ciency and reduce costs.

Lead cost-saving initiatives through supplier consolidation and procurementoptimization strategies, contributing to signifi cant project savings.

Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to ensure theprocurement of innovative and high-quality materials.

Oversee inventory management to balance stock levels and projectdemands, ensuring smooth operations and minimizing delays.

Cultivate strong relationships with premier suppliers and manufacturers inthe international furniture industry, ensuring access to exclusive, high-quality materials.

Leverage extensive global networks across Europe, Asia, and the MiddleEast to source cutting-edge designs and materials, keeping ShoulahFurniture Group at the forefront of industry trends.

Sales Manager

Conduct Market research for opening new markets, using different resources.

▪ Review offers prepared terms, conditions, and costing.

▪ Participate in bids and tenders.

▪ Review commission policies, discount, and sales policies for the showroom

▪ Analyse the previous year’s sales for sales and production forecasting.

▪ Review the sales/projects follow-up/pipeline reports.

▪ Follow up procedure for delivering the products to customers on time.

▪ Coordinate all procedures necessary to confi rm that the contract term hasbeen applied, arrange the shipping, and confi rm conformity with client countylaws according to the agreed-upon time on both local and international.

▪ Review each customer complaint to assure after-sales service and report forcorrective action

▪ Study local and international exhibitions/ events, and propose the bestoptions with the estimated budget.

▪ Prepare an action plan for all related activities and tasks.

▪ Supervise after-exhibition customers' follow-up to achieve the best results.

▪ Maintain updated company profi le, discuss social media reports and thepossible upgrades

▪ Maintain good customer relationships

Accountant

Recording journal entries.

▪ Posting entries to sub-ledgers.

▪ Receiving orders from clients and following up till fi nish production anddelivery.

▪ Preparing customer statements.

▪ In addition to that, making purchases starting from offer, request, andnegotiation for both, price, and payment till receiving at warehouse
