 Hospital Management:

 I supervised the equipment of the center during the construction period and the completion of licenses related to industrial security and the Syndicate of Physicians and Free Therapy

 Establishing a system, defining responsibilities, and issuing instructions with the general rules that must be followed to implement the medical service from the first contact with the patient, booking an appointment for the examination, and ending when the patient leaves the center.

 Setting the price list for the services and operations provided by the center

 Selection and appointment of workers in the center in all departments

 Follow-up of daily work, appointments of doctors' visits, and six daily operations

 Follow-up of stores, purchases and suppliers

 Follow-up of revenues and approval of expenditures at the center

 Quality follow-up, personnel affairs and site maintenance

 Contracting with (health insurance - medical insurance companies - factories and companies - various government agencies - banks)

 Dealing with the regulatory authorities (free treatment - social insurance - civil defence...etc.)

 Making medical convoys in Qena centers in cooperation with donors such as Misr Al-Khair and Al-Orman - Sanaa Al-Khair - Good Life)

 Training Management:

 Project manager for “SEMAS training center”.

 Project manager for off-the-job professional training “Synergy Professional Services-Qena”.

 Working as a trainer for “Aroma for training and consultation services and academic studies at Cairo”.

 Training coordinator at “CawaderAltanmyacompany for training and education in Cairo”.
