- عدد المستخدمين الإجمالي يزيد عن 120 ألف مستخدم مع وجود أكثر من 50 ألف مستخدم نشط شهريًا.
- تم تطوير التطبيق باستخدام Flutter، Firebase (Auth, Store, Storage, Analytics, Crashlytics)، Electrinjs و ExpressJS بالإضافة إلى تقنيات أخرى.
- يتمتع التطبيق بتجربة استخدام سلسة وسهلة للمستخدمين.
- متوفر في متاجر التطبيقات الرئيسية مثل متجر Play، متجر App وسيتم إطلاقه قريبًا في متجر Microsoft.
- يتيح التطبيق أيضًا الوصول إلى منصة الويب، ويتم دعم الاستخدام على أنظمة التشغيل MacOS (M1 بالفعل مدعوم، وباقي الإصدارات سيتم دعمها قريبًا).

Taaminati is a startup project developed for the Algerian Open Innovation Program 2023, that aims to revolutionize the insurance industry. It's designed to streamline and enhance insurance operations, providing real-time report tracking and efficient communication between customers, agencies, experts, and admins. With its user-friendly interface and comprehensive features, Taaminati promises to optimize insurance processes and improve overall efficiency.
 
It includes four main roles:
 
1. Customer: The customers are companies, and they have the following capabilities:
- Create, view, and cancel their reports.
- Monitor the progress of their reports in real-time.
- Send messages to the agency.
 
2. Agency: Agencies are created by the admin and have the authority to:
- Manage their customers (CRUD operations).
- Handle their customers' reports and their status.
- Assign reports to experts for necessary reviews and actions.
 
3. Expert: Experts are created by the admins and have the following responsibilities:
- Manage reports assigned to them and take appropriate actions.
- Upload documents related to the actions they take.
- Update the status of the reports.
 
4. Admin: The admin has comprehensive privileges, including the ability to:
- Perform all actions mentioned above.
- View real-time reports on a map along with their statuses.
- Import/export data.
- Access statistics and more.

تطبيق للطلبات وإدارة الطلبات لمطعم.
 
التقنيات المستخدمة:
- AdonisJS (Node.js) لتطوير الجزء الخادم والباك-إند من التطبيق.
- APIs Foodics للتفاعل مع منصة Foodics لإدارة عمليات المطعم والطلبات.
- Tap Payment Gateway لتكامل بوابة الدفع للسماح بعمليات الدفع السلسة والآمنة.
- Flutter لتطوير التطبيق على منصات الهواتف المحمولة بأسلوب سهل وجذاب.
- Firebase للمساهمة في إدارة قاعدة البيانات ومزود الاعتماد والتخزين وتحليلات التطبيق وإدارة الأخطاء.
- Twilio لخدمة الرسائل النصية (SMS) للسماح بإرسال رسائل نصية ذات صلة للعملاء.
- شُؤُون أخرى ذات صلة لتحقيق وظائف محددة في التطبيق.
 
يسمح هذا التطبيق للعملاء بتقديم طلباتهم وإدارةها بسهولة، كما يتيح لإدارة المطعم التفاعل مع الطلبات وتتبعها بشكل فعال. باستخدام تلك التقنيات المتقدمة والمتكاملة، يمكن تحقيق تجربة طلب وتسليم سلسة وفعالة لعملائك.
