I studied at the Faculty of Al-Alsun, Department of Administrative and Information Systems, and
obtained a job in a call center at Union Courier Company. I completed my call center work at Strella
Coffee and took courses in graphic design (UI/UX), front-end and back-end user interfaces through
Raya Company, YouTube, and other curricula.
i initially worked in a call center for 3 months, where I communicated with customers, introduced
myself and the company, and explained the services we provide. We handed the customer their bank
account card, asked them to clarify the correspondence, and set a convenient time for pickup. I then
moved to the reception department. I received calls from customers about the arrival of bank cards,
determined the best pickup times with customers, and found satisfactory solutions within the
workflow. I ended up being appointed as the Deputy Team Leader, where I monitored employees'
knowledge of workflow, cross-referenced appointments with customer addresses, followed up on
inquiries and accounts via Facebook, reviewed employee vacations, and tracked their adherence to
work schedules.
A coffee beverage brand. I received customer inquiries and complaints, and usually received orders
through the Talabat or Menuz app. I tracked customer orders from the beginning of their preparation
at the branch until they were completed. I also monitored order productivity daily and monthly,
around the clock, across all branches, and of course, daily with the accountants.
