For the past three years, I’ve been working as a Freelance Project Manager, managing and coordinating 9 education and administrative projects, several of them long-term and recurring, reaching more than 1,000 participants. I plan and organize workflows, lead and support teams of up to 50 people, and make sure every project is delivered on time and with real impact. My work also includes reporting, stakeholder communication, and building simple systems that keep projects consistent and organized. This path started with initiatives in Egypt and has grown to international work; today I’m based in Romania and continuing my projects.

- Supporting social circus and educational programs for local communities. My role includes:

- Coordinating workshops and activities that bring together local youth and international volunteers.

- Managing schedules, logistics, and communication to ensure smooth delivery of programs.

- Contributing to project design and development, with a focus on inclusion, creativity, and impact.

- Engaging in multicultural teamwork, adapting quickly to different environments, and delivering consistent results.

- This experience allows me to apply my project management background in an international setting while continuing to grow professionally.

Through my Computer Science studies, I developed analytical and organizational skills that help me manage tasks, coordinate with teams, and understand technical aspects in projects. This combination of technical and managerial knowledge supports my career path in project management.
