نبذة

I have experience in ERP software such as SAP ERP, with about four years of

experience. I started at Wadi Jeddah company and was responsible for designing

a custom ERP system for the company. I was mainly responsible for developing

the database. Then I was employed by SABIC company in Jubail city. My

responsibilities were to maintain the ERP LE Module, enhance the module, and

solve issues and tickets raised by the users. Currently, I am employed by TAHAKOM

company in Riyadh city. My position is ERP Engineer responsible for a new module

named EAM (changed from PM) Enterprise Asset Manager, responsible for testing

and implementing the system to meet the company requirement, using SAP GUI,

SAP FIORI, and SAP Asset Manager Mobile application. Graduated from Jeddah

university in 2018 in Information Technology

Working as SAP PM/EAM consultant taking care of all maintenance processing

Equipment, Maintenance plan, functional location Master data configuration.

Final deployment and training to end-users and giving support

PM Base Line Process Testing:

• Creating various masters such as equipment, functional locations, Locations,

Measuring Points, etc., and carrying out regular and breakdown maintenance

activities for various machines/equipment

• Customizing based on user needs for Maintenance and Service notifications and

Orders

• Imparting continuous job training and preparing user manuals for business

processes to enhance the overall operational efficiency of the employees

My responsibilities were to maintain the ERP LE Module, enhance the module, and

solve issues and tickets raised by the users:

• Shipping (inbound & outbound delivery processing, Picking & Packing, etc.)

• Transportation (shipment planning & execution, shipment costing, leg

determination..etc.)

• Master Data (routes, pick/pack, calendars, packaging materials &

instructions..etc.)

• Handling Unit Management (picking, packing/repacking, QM, HU in WM..etc.)

• Batch management
