I have extensive experience in Remote Human Resources Management and building departmental structures according to ISO 9001 standards. Over the past 4 years, I have developed a deep understanding of remote team communication and management, as well as proficient skills in human resources and administrative management tasks that enable me to deliver exceptional performance in meeting ISO 9001 standards.

 

With over 10 years of expertise in Human Resources Management and Customer Service in major companies and organizations, I am skilled at navigating diverse work environments and have a proven track record of success in this field.

handling the HR generalist duties of around 100 employees and Volunteers, which includes:

 

o Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems.

o Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, and employee benefits.

• HR / Admin Manager, Zeen A+ Solutions Establishment, Tartous – Syria. January 2020 up to date

handling the HR generalist duties of around 100 employees and Volunteers, which includes:

 

o Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems.

o Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, and employee benefits.

o Plan, organize, direct, control, or coordinate the personnel, training, or labor relations activities of the Project.

o Preparation of the Department Monthly Action plan, and Monitoring of budget estimates according to it.

o Event planning, design and production within time limits and budget.

• Project Chairperson, “Let’s Internship Project, Tartous. August 2019 until December 2019

, handling around 20 volunteers and 62 participates, at which I managed the following tasks:

 

o Preparing Project Proposal, Budget, finding the Sponsors and Companies who gave the Internship for the project participations.

o Arranging the three stages of the Project (Pre-Business Basics Training, Technical Trainings, and Internship).

o HR Advisor for the 62 Participators (CVs Formatting, Interviews Technics).

o Leading the Organizing team of the Project.

o Follow up with logistics units regarding Training`s needs.

o Monitoring of all expenses and receipts to make sure it is aligned with the project budget.
