I've worked in two companies; one of them was Octopus Outsourcing.I've enrolled in the Select Home Warranty account I was responsible for handling the customers and giving them the best solution such as filing the customer claim or sending him a technician and following up with him until the problem is fixed.
And the second one is the Cold Calling Role in Skyline BPO in a real estate Campaign, it was a really interesting role and I've learned a lot in this position. I handled more than 500 calls per day It gave me a lot of skills such as the negotiation skills and how we can convince the customer to sell his property and I last month I was one of the top achievers at the company, I truly love this role and I think I can contribute my skills in your company to develop my English skills and grow up
