أنا محاسبة بخبرة سنتين في المجال المالي، وبخبرة 6 سنوات في إدخال البيانات.

 

حاصلة على شهادة بكالوريوس في المالية والمصارف من الجامعة الافتراضية السورية، وأجيد استخدام Excel وبرامج المحاسبة، بالإضافة إلى سرعة ودقة عالية في إدخال البيانات وتنظيم الملفات.

• Follow-up and input employee’s data (attendance, absence, vacations.) on daily basis.

• Organize, archive, and maintain a clean & updated filing system for employee’s information & details (on both soft & hard copies).

• Follow-up on commercial records, trademarks and industrial fees in coordination with the trademark agent and the company's corporate lawyer.

• Issuing administrative expenses payment orders and submitting them to the Financial Manager.

• Follow-up Ownership of Production Lines contracts, and lease contracts for laboratories and warehouse lands.

Data Entry, Archiving Specialist

• Input & update data on the company’s system (visa, passports copies, and identification papers).

• Follow-up on sending visa requests to the Saudi Embassy electronically and on paper.

• Being responsible for paper archiving for the accounting department.

• Retrieve data upon requested.

• Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.

Call Center Representative

• Answering incoming phone calls to the company and transferring them to the appropriate department.

• Accept incoming phone calls and provide information

• Receiving orders and referring them to the responsible departments

• Receiving complaints & find solutions.
