Having earned my Bachelor degree in the French Language (Literature and Teaching Methods) with excellent GPA and top first honor class. And following an intensive English diploma for one year. I’ve learned and gained many skills during my study. In addition to the experience and goals which were achieved during my career life in different fields for five years.

I was willing to secure a challenging position in a reputable organization to expand my learnings, knowledge, and skills, and I achieved this goal when I started my career life in giving a French Language training course in International NGO (Mercy Corps). As well as, I worked as a Prof-Assistant at Al Aqsa University of Gaza, then I worked for 4 years in Jawwal Telecommunications Company in Customer Care department and present I am working as Customer Support Officer after being working for one year as a Sales Development Representative at PalmHR Company in Saudi Arabia

Throughout these experiences, I was able to build a self-made character capable to overcome most of the challenges I faced during my career life in the past five years.

I also won many prizes for a number of novels that I wrote and published on the Internet, in addition to my travel to a number of European countries to attend discussions of theatrical novels.

I am willing to expand my professional horizons by seeking new challenges at your organization. As a team member of your organization, I can provide ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds, ability to work under pressure, ability to manage stress and handle problems professionally.

• A Bachelor degree of the French Language and Teaching Methods (90 % GPA)

Working as Customer Support Officer at PalmHR Company in Saudi Arabia.• Working as Sales Development Representative at PalmHR Company in Saudi Arabia.

• Worked as a Prof-Assistant at Al- Aqsa University of Gaza – Palestine.

• Worked as Telephone Account Manager (Customer Care) at Jawwal Tel. Co.

• Fluency in Arabic, French and English Languages.

• Flexibility, organizational and coordinating skills.

• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

• Have a strong and excellent background in using different computer programs ( MS Office )
