Through my work as a Content Moderator at Extensya, I gained valuable skills in managing digital content analysis, quality and accuracy. I was responsible for monitoring the content provided by the team, and its alignment with the agreed upon person, which helped me in my team communication skills. I also learned how to deal with customer lists and digital expertise by providing effective solutions to problems faced by users. This experience provided me with strong analytical, time management and detail-oriented skills, which are essential in any technology-based work environment.
