Digital Marketing Professional
As a digital marketing professional, I am responsible for developing and maintaining the client/organization’s websites, ensuring that it is visually appealing, user-friendly, and up-to-date. I create engaging visual content for branding and social media, including graphics, videos, and animations. In addition, I manage social media presence by creating and scheduling posts. I also design print materials such as banners, brochures, and flyers for marketing campaigns. My responsibilities include planning and executing media buying strategies, including purchasing ad space on various platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. I monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize results.
IT Administrator
As a system administrator, I am responsible for resolving software issues by conducting diagnostic
tests, documenting problems and solutions, prioritizing issues, and evaluating their impact. I also
manage the school’s Google Workspace, including user, group, and application administration.
Additionally, I am responsible for maintaining the school’s website.
Technical Support Engineer
As a technical support engineer, I am responsible for resolving internet issues for our customers.
This includes configuring CPEs and end-user devices, submitting service requests, and following up
with customers to ensure service continuity. Additionally, I manage on-premises stock and
maintain inventory records.
